Coffee : Redback

This is the most tasty coffee I have in ny life. It is also the most expensive coffee I brought in my life too. But I would say how it taste way out far the cost. This I brought in Lantau Basecamp. They have other taste too. This one I brought from Columbia. It claims it grow in 1600m altitude. I remember the first time I drink I have such a woah. Evern after the bag has open more than a month I still have the woah. It is as tasty as it open. Even it is so expensive I would recommend everyone to try. ( P.S. Honestly it is so expensive I told myself This would be one time only. Now, I brought the second bag with different taste. I will post a update later. )

New iPhone 7 Plus Picture

Finally, after three years I have changed to bigger screen and better cam phone. This time, I have chose the original apple leather case. I am not going to bore you the detail and why. I am only say I have research about cases, and this is the best although it is a bit pricy. I like it smell leather. lol.

So far, I hear two bad news about iPhone 7 but they are not truth. First, the cam is not true sapphire. At least this week apple has official deny about it. I feel much comfortable not need to worry about it. Second is about the new home button. Someone said it is not "clickable" if you not touch directly by your fingers. It is true and false. First, this is important to me because I run long distance, I always has a my phone put inside a ziplock bag or a waterproof bag. For normal zipper bag, I can just click on it, even it is a much much thicker  ziplock bag. No trouble of "clicking" it or unlock with my fingerprint. However, it is not clickable when I put inside a waterproof bag.

So far, I am enjoying it. I have had worry about the size too big. At this moment, I would it is okay, not terrible.

Lady M Cake

Gift from Girlie. Thx you so much. They are so expansive. However, I would say it looks better then it taste. The cake itself has so many layers that is it special. It is a bit too new to me, I might like the traditional cake which is soft and with eggs better.

Hiking an Mexican food with Shoes

My first time hiking with my HK best friend Shoes from QB to Parkview today. She was very excited and I was not. I remember one thing said "We don't need to be excited in order to love it". QB to Parkview is one of my regular after work exercise route. I have done this countless time. I know all the route or detour. The reason I say it is if excitement is the reason I run this part, then you will not able to run this countless time. I am writing this to make me look like a wise master.

Lunch we went to Taco Chaca. One of the best (probably the best) Mexican restaurant in HK.

I have my usual fish and beef taco. But I see other have enchilada look very goods. I will try it and their tortilla soups next time. 

Using Facebook live at home watching Sunset.

It is a funny experience. First, all your friends ate going to see what you see. Second, friends start give like and leave comments. The fun is that the can write comment but you cant making video and commenting in the same time. you have to talk to the video.

The most happy things is that I talked to my best friend from Hungary and one of my best friend Kathy from AFS .

But be careful, coz everyone going tonhear you conversation. SonI make the private adter done. At least you got feedback right away when shooting.

It is a good weather. against Observatory Forecast. Took a day off and go explore new trail which I haven't do it a long time. I know the road exist, but never try to see where it lead. I am happy I did this. The road I believe not a lot of people walk, but it is relatively clean and tidy. In the end, you can find a nice looking beach.

Birthday this year vs last

I guess some year it is very quiet and some is very busy. I from one very quiet to one very busy. Last year, I have a emotion breakdown. I decided not to do anything. I remember (after awhile) I am not happy about my friendship status in Hong Kong, so I decided not to meet anyone and do anything with others.

This year is very busy. I do not think the problem last year is solved, but at least I am not thinking about it, or have a emotion breakdown about that. (just realise how bad it was to made me sad for whole month or more). What is so busy about? Okay, first I went to China 🇨🇳 visit a friend, fun cave to play wave, farewell run for Anya, dinner with Girlie in Italian restraint, visit a cat cafe with Shoes in MK, plus all the weekday training.

I want to thank my best friend in USA, Renee, talked to me last year when I was very down. Do you remember Renee we chat last year?

Making movie

It starts with interest in making GoPro films. Then online searching there it is a group of "leisure" film making group. Yes. I want something simple, fun, and social making. We are still officially a not official film making group with volunteer. Host, Ron, and Co-host, Geoger, and one other guy make film for living. When they said this is a rehearsal, and being a first time participant, I expect fun chat and nice evening drinking and eating. In the end, I have a task whole night to lift my arm for hours. (not hours but feel like hours). I am the man with a boom mic. The most difficult thing for me isn't holding my arms up, but have to pay attention. My mind always wonder in some place, and I am not doing my job point the mic to actor who is speaking. Anyway, this amateur group will host again when a day for actor and actors available. Stay tune if you want to know more in the future. (P.S. yes, when I saw those fancy equipment. WoW in my month. 4K cam, 2 DSLR cam, wireless mic, lighting, a small cam with stablizer, and my favorite macbook pro)

Social Run and Swim afterward - QB to Big Wave Bay

Originally, we had a hard race to prepare that day. But, everyone already had a hard training week except me. Therefore, a easy training day it is for us. 

Normally, water isn't this clean. I suspect it has something to do the after typhoon effect. I am so please the water. No trash. I swim on Saturday, and go again on Sunday alone doing 3k swim.

Vincent has low heart beat?

I went to Blood Station today. I was almost got rejected. The nurse was listening my blood pressure and her face looked there was something wrong. Then, she brought a huge machine to me to recheck my blood pressure which I have never seem before. She ran the machine, a short moment later she looked at the result told me I was not fit to donate and left me “dead” on the seat. 

What she meant I was no fit?

A new nurse came. Told me my heart rate too low. The machine showed my heart rate has only 46 per minute (never occur to me). The requirement was 50. So the new nurse checked my blood pressure third time and my heart rate. Then, I barry got it with 52. 😁 Blood pressure is 110/78 which is good. My diastolic raised a bit from 70 since last Nov. (70 was checked by person, there might be fluctuation) 

Tip: Normally, in blood station tells you your blood pressure and Haemoglobin level. I kept them in my iPhone Health app. (Health app don't have Haemoglobin )

I felt got fit a lot lately. I hope this is normal what athletic got for being fit. We will see.

一路向西 - To The West

I planned to the last run, but then I have a resistent to travel to Happy Valley or even the good HK Sport Centre. I decided to go start my run early at 6:10pm in Quarry Bay. 

The weather doesn't look very promising, but I bet it don't rain. It is an exciting mind game to wonder during run. 

It turns out it did didn't rain. I carried 2.5L of water with me. Thats it. I always have an urge to try run as long as possible with only water. 1hr :05iah has arrived PV already. It was exciting, because it was only 7:15pm. 

I finish the whole thing s with 3.45. I believe o can finish it around 3hrs marks. I would say it is because I am under supple. I have my first electrolyte replenish around the finish mark.

Anyway. It is still a good time to finish sub 4hrs and around 10pm enough time for me to go back shower.

Scene was amazing.
