Lent

Hi friends,

I know I haven't write much lately, because things around me is not that profound.
Well, Lent is pretty much a very good topic to start again.
What is Lent? I do not know how to say. I am a bad Catholic anyway.
Long story short, Lent is a forty day of imitating through self-denying, praying, almsgiving, and penitence like Jesus did in the desert.
Please correct me, if I am wrong.
This year, I can't stop think about how Jesus willing to died for us.
The feeling is overwhelming.
It definitely makes Jesus love is greater than other time of the year.

What I am doing this year? Well:

1 I am going to commit morning pray this year.
2 I will do a weekly rosary.
3 Evening Bible study (material will be The Psalms from the Great Fr. Giussani)
4 I will learn how to not multitasking
5 Finish two sectors of Bible
6 I will try to write to someone each week

I recall each year Lent I will do so much commitments. But, each year I was able to finish most of them.
It is kind of crazy, and I has no idea how I did manage them each year now think of it.
Well, we should have never put a limit to ourselves. Especially, through Christ we should able to conquest everything.
My advise is to make a list, then put it somewhere in your house where you will notice it everyday.

It's good to hear from you again!
Those are some great ideas for Lent. I always have the same problem, it's very hard to keep up with Lenten Commitments. Just remember, each day is a new day to work on them!
